Clos Lentiscus, nestled in the heart of Catalonia, showcases the expertise of the father-daughter team, Manel and Nuria Aviñó. Their family estate, dating back to the 14th century, is located in the Parc Natural del Garraf, 40 kilometers from Barcelona.

At 225 meters above sea level, surrounded by the Mediterranean forests, it boasts calcareous sandy soil, ideal for local grape varieties. Marine fossils enhance the soil’s character, imparting wonderful minerality to the wine, brimming with salinity and umami flavors, showcase Catalonia’s beauty and diversity.
Manel, known as the "bubble man" and Nuria are famous for their sparkling wines.

They employ biodynamics, follow lunar cycles, and exclusively use native yeasts for fermentation. In their sparkling wines' tirage, they use rosemary honey from their own bees, adding a unique twist to the production process.
This gentleman teleports you to the Mediterranean surrounded by olive trees, fragrant herbs, salty warm breeze, gentle sunshine, and that carefree summer day spent with your closest friends.
