Established in 2006 in Castile-La Mancha, Vinos Patio is renowned for its natural wines, situated at the intersection of Cuenca, Toledo, and Ciudad Real. At 750 meters elevation, its unique climate and soil yield exceptional wines, characterized as "4 months of winter and 8 months of hell."

The winery reflects a family legacy spanning generations, managing 60 hectares but focusing on quality. Of these, 35 hectares are vineyards, the rest for diverse crops like cereals and pistachios, using organic practices like compost and whey

Samuel Canos, a fourth-generation winemaker, meticulously oversees the vineyards. His winemaking blends tradition with innovation, incorporating biodynamic techniques and unique practices, like using cow’s milk solution instead of sulphur.

The region’s intense summers are mitigated by breezes and altitude, lending the wines structure and balance. The lime-rich clay and imestone soil impart a distinctive mineral-rich character to the wines.

Hand-harvested and traditionally processed, they embody natural winemaking, using indigenous yeasts and avoiding modern interventions, reflecting the winery’s deep heritage and forward-thinking ethos.
