Nuria Renom

Nuria Renom, a winemaker radiating with a vibrant stream of energy and drive, began her journey at a charming vineyard in Garraf National Park in 2014. Juggling her role as head sommelier at Bar Brutal in Barcelona, she demonstrated remarkable dedication by commuting daily to nurture her vines.

Today, Nuria embodies the role of a wandering winemaker, collaborating from the cellars of her friends at La Salada, while she searches for her own venu e. Despite managing only a few cherished plots, her collaborative approach allows her to work with leading viticulturists in Alt Penedès and its neighboring regions.

Nuria's personality is a beacon of vitality, wisdom, and lust for life, which are reflected in her wines. Her endless curiosity feeds her experiments, boosting her natural talent in winemaking.

Her wines are full of life, purely expressing the gorgeous terroir of the Penedes region. Each bottle of Nuria's wine is the pure essence of natural beauty and a deep connection to artisan winemaking, inviting wine lovers to experience the heart of natural wines and get to grips with the philosophy of 'drink less, but drink the best.

The Pinky Way

It’s so beautiful! Muscat grapes are aged in barrels, damijons and steel and then blended. After 13 days skin contact, the flavour shows light tannins but otherwise minerality.

Not overly flavourful, just very elegant and balanced. It also has so little alcohol.

Aromatic and fragrant. Plenty of fruit, honey notes, aromatic herbs,
and the Mediterranean sea. Summer in a glass.

This is a joyful wine to be drunk with a ray of sun, some oysters, some happiness.
