La Micro Winerie

La Micro-Winerie: A Story of Passion, Sustainability and Innovation

At the heart of La Micro-Winerie lies a commitment that transcends traditional winemaking. This new generation of Bordeaux challenges the norm, operates without regard for the ratings of Parker or other 'wine advocates.' For them, the primary focus is on conveying the terroir, their passion for winemaking, and a conscientious ecological approach to nature.

La Micro-Winerie's approach is unique — they don’t own vineyards. Instead, they forge deep, collaborative relationships with local winegrowers who share their vision of eco-friendly, organic, and biodynamic viticulture. It’s a synergy where quality and sustainability interweave.

Their message is clear and compelling: in wine, there is joy, respect for nature, and he future.
This oaky lava of red fruit will find its way through your palate and reaches its menthol finish. The bouquet of Magma is already powerfull. The notes of blackberries, blackcurrent are melting with a soft pepper and some oakiness.

On the palate you have a surprising freshness supporting the complexity of the fusion of earth and wood. The charming tanins are coming with the black fruits with a spiced and elegant ending.
Magma
The juicy cuvee of the Micro Winerie. You will catch in the nose notes of blackberries, redcurrent, grenade with a hint of pepper.

At the palate, you have an explosion of crisp fruits, that ends with spices and very soft tanins.
The tasting goes in 2 times. You first have in the nose the expression of the merlot with ripe red fruits typical from the right bank of Bordeaux, reminding the jam of your grandmother.

The palate is surprised by the TWIST of the cabernet franc from the Loire valley, with notes of red cherries, grass, and ends with sweet tannins.

Queyries
Naughty and mysterious wine 100% Sauvignon Blanc. When you smell me, when you taste me You think you always knew me, My aromatic ballet will make you palate dance. Then comes the final question: which one is tasting the other?

This cuvee offers an aromatic dance of oriental spices, with a soft sensation of saffron and cumin, and a soft mandarin peel, enhanced by smocked notes. At the palate, this dance evolves in a subtle valse. To be served at 12−13 degrees to enjoy the show.
